Office 365
Home / Cloud / Office 365

Gone are the days of your own on-site Exchange (or Small Business) Server running your email.

Remember the days of your internet going down, so your emails possibly started bouncing? Well, no more. With Office 365, it’s all in Microsoft’s Cloud, and the best part, we’re a Microsoft Cloud Partner.

It’s a pay-as-you-go model, so you can scale up and down depending on your needs, with your only commitment being a month. Bringing in more sales staff for Christmas, and they need email? Not a problem. Office 365 can also include the desktop versions of Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access, wrapping your whole Microsoft productivity solution into one easy pay-per-user model. No more licensing headaches!

Why buy from Verstech and not direct from Microsoft?

365 is a great product, but there is a minefield of package choices… there are no less than 7 different Office 365 packages, with numerous extras that you may or may not want. We’re here to help, and even if you buy from us, you can have control of your own Office 365 install. On an adhoc support basis, we can also help set it up, and migrate you from your existing email solution (even if it’s a free gmail.com account!). You can also pay by Direct Debit rather than using a company credit card, which makes life so much easier for the bean counters.

I’m a Charity/Non-Profit – can we get a discount?

You sure can! Business Essentials is free for charity users in certain circumstances, and Business Premium is significantly reduced.

Get in touch today to find out how we can help you navigate the complicated Microsoft Not For Profit pricing structure.

But I don’t want to have to separate usernames and passwords for email.

Not a problem. With Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services and AD Connect, Office 365 can just be an extension of your office network. Meaning that if you change your password in the office, your email passwords changes too. If an employee leaves the business, it’s one click – and their access is gone.

I’m worried about employees losing their phones

Not a problem. With Office 365 Mobile Device Management (MDM), you can wipe their phones in minutes, ensuring that your emails don’t fall into the wrong hands. You can also insist that, if users have their personal phones connected to the email server, they must have PIN codes or security set before they can access their work email.
